90-96 300zx TT diff is 3.69 VLSD and six bolt all the way around and should bolt up to a 03-05 M45 with only needing to mess with the 2 mounting points in the from using larger or smaller washers.
Obviously do this at your own risk - but it looks like alex had not trouble fitting it up in there.
