Hmm....Im curious on how hard, and expensive is it for importing a JDM vehicle to California, then Register it, and Legalize it? Im talking about like a Skyline, or maybe even a Trueno? Im sure paying for import, and the car isnt too hard. Its just legalizing it, and registering it here in Nazi California. Whats you guys take?

Keep dreaming. You more likely to get the shocker than a car here.

Most likely its not worth the hastle man, just save that time and effort and put it into something else. Legalizing it will probably send send you in circles and headaches. IMO, its not worth it just for having a RHD, sure I like them and all but your probably better off doing the conversion yourself and cutting the firewall and what not.

i will tell you one thing valentine, cali is a byiotch to do anything with your car, shure you will see ppl with turboed hondas and such, but only the verry wealthy can improt stuff like skylines and stuff like that, cali will bend you over backwards and that long shaft called the BAR and CARB will occupy both of the biggest holes in your body and its gonna hurt, yada yada yada i saw a skyline in caly....so, that person prolly has connections, the good kind, obvously the kind that others dont have because otherwise you would have one too, plus they dbein stingy to keep the skyline rare in cali..

so just get you an old *** corolla do a motor swap

get a 240(s13 silvia) and revert it back to jdm with all the parts from overseas, get a spare rb20 or sr20 put it in your garage use the ka during smog season (every 2 years or so) then swap back in the motor of your choice...much cheaper that way..
