What I meant is that his profile is on here, I assumed that if he were a scammer you guys would have kicked him, on another note, I initiated contact with drift tuners and here is what I wrote and what they replied.
FELIPE: Hi, I recently found out about you guys on nico club and was wondering if your skylines would be legal in arizona, also what would be the cheapest price you could give me on your 1998 Nissan 25GT - Custom GTR ( in blue, the price range fit my budget untill I found out that there's another 26,000$ on top of the listed price, even thought I have a passion for skylines, 46g's is just way out of my budget. Is there a cheaper alternative that you guys offer? all I really need is a skyline with the exterior like the custom gtr look of that 1998 25gt, because im going to change out the whole interior regardles. Also how much would the final price on this supra be with the legalization cost?
Thanks &Best Regards
Felipe
TUNERS: You don’t have to do the Federalization on the cars. For the blue R34 I can do $20,000 plus $3,800 for the Title, VIN and DOT letter of compliance. As for the Supra the final cost would be $26,800. What state are you in? If you are in Cali you will have to swap the motor in the R34 because it’s not EPA approved or legal, we can swap in a SR20DET, VQ or the supra TT motor. As for the supra, the supra motor was also manufactured in north America there for an approved EPA motor and the smog system have the code for that motor.

FELIPE: but without paying the 26g"s will it be street legal?
TuNERS: You don’t have to pay that fee, only “Motor Vehicles” you do, we remove the motor and call it parts on the paperwork then put the motor back in at the shop in FL. Then we give you the title, VIN and DOT also the title will read as the real car, so if the car is a 1999 GTR VSPEC then that’s what it will read. Also it’s NOT title as parts or a kit car. Also we can register the car in your state if you like. We would need you to sign a POA and get your info then goto the DMV acting on your behalf.
