importing a R32 to the states

just recently aquired a skyline and my cousin wants one BUT i bought mine in the states already legalized before i moved to the uk and he wants to import one from Japan and i have NO clue how to go about sending one across the pond So i need help and i was directed to NICO in hopes that it would help
