IF YOU PUT WHEEL SPACERS ON THE VERSA, WOULD YOU BE ABLE TO PUT ON WHEELS WITH A DIFFERENT BOLT PATTERN? I HAVE BRAND NEW RIMS THAT FIT MY 06 CIVIC BUT NOW THEY DONT FIT MY VERSA, AND I WAS WONDERING IF I PUT ON WHEEL SPACERS THERE WOULD BE A WAY TO CHANGE THE BOLT PATTERN.

Do not put those on your car. Wheel spacer's/bolt configuration adapters are one of the most unsafe things you can do to your car. They are not reliable and no matter how skilled the installer is, there is no guarantee that they won't come off the car while you are doing 60 down the road.

if its a high quality adapter, and its done right, then its fine. but unless you are very detail oriented, it might get done sloppily and then your wheels become highway obstacles.

i agree, it all depends on the spacer and the installer....i had spacers in my lincoln ls, previous car, for a year and nothing ever happened to my wheels....i also have a friend with a 240sx that has spacers all around and hasn had a problem with his wheels....he has had it for over 3 years like that....i have spacers on the V but only on the back....so, in my experiences, spacers are great....and so far, not one problem!

You might consider that if your rims are new enough, you might be able to get relatively close to full value. You could then go and purchase the correct rims, and probably end up paying close to the same out of pocket as if you had bought spacers.

No offense to those who like spacers... but you can't deny that using the correct wheels to begin with is better than using good spacers.
