Hi. I have a '92 240SX hatchback (3 Door) and want to do an S15 front end conversion. Only problem is most of the kits I've seen are atleast $1500 just for the hood, headlights, and fenders, and then another $500 for the bumper, totalling $2000 plus shipping. But there is just one thing that bothers me. I was browsing http://www.importfan.com and noticed THIS. Now judging from the look of it, it seems to me that they installed an S15 custom hood, custom front bumper, and s15 front fenders onto a 89-94 240SX hatchback. I didn't know it was possible to do something like that -- I don't know the dimensions of the front ends of either car. If they're the same, or VERY NEAR the same, is it possible to be able to install S15 parts on the front end of an S13 with little or no difficulty as long as the headlights are converted? It's very important that I know, because if it's true then I can save a s*** load of money getting s15 parts instead of spending $2000 on a conversion kit.

Thanks.

Its possible to put an s15 front on an s13. You just got to have a lot of dough. Go to http://www.jspec.com, it'll tell you which parts you need for your conversion.

Hey if I was you I would talk to Chris at Underground Motorsports for a S15 conversion. He's helped me and my buddies in our car club for all of our 240 parts.....sr20's,wheels,turbos,s15 lights..etc..etc... Last time i checked he had the conversion setup with a carbon fiber hood for cheap. Go to undergroundmotorsports.com and get their number and ask for Chris he's the owner and he'll hook a fellow 240 owner up so..try that.
