First of all, I don't work for k-sports neither I'm trolling around to begin a new "X vs. Y" coilover battle...
Info: If you need a replacement for your coils, k-sports will send you a new insert without the need to send the old defective coil. If you are not mechanically inclined they will take your defective one and do the work for an extra fee.
If you call them requesting a new insert (around $130.00 dollars if not under warranty..) there is a good chance they will send you two inserts instead of one. They redesigned the setup with a better seal and they rather replace both coils than just one. The new seals are suppose to double the life expectancy of the coil compared to the old weak leaky ones.
They also have new redesigned isolators (semi solid type). If you have the old weak rubber gasket type, make sure to mention it to them and they will send a new set.
Oh, customer support rocks!! Way professional and very helpful compared to the past.
