Fark is another news site that's pretty high up in the traffic rankings. Not as high as digg, but up there. Both Fark and Digg rely on member-submitted information, but Fark relies on paying subscribers "Total Farkers" to "greenlight" a link to the main page. That's a curse and a flaw.

As for becoming a member, I'm not, but I'm sure you could create an account/ find someone who has one.
