Is anyone familiar with Texas titling? Does the TX DMV take all the documentation for record and only issue you a title back or do they return any of the import documentation. I'm wondering because the place I bought my GTR from stated they had to give all the import documentation to the TX DMV and they only received the title back which is now on it's way to me.

I just want to be on the up and up when I get my TX title and be able to take it to my local VA DMV without any hassle.

Yup, TX DMV takes away all original documents.
I had to stop them from processing my title, took back all my documents, rushed home to scan all of them, then went back to DMV and wait in line again to resubmit my paperwork.
But once you get the blue title it's a piece of cake to transfer.
