I dont have it in my car yet but i am in the process of puting it in. Marc is the master of custmer support. I call him when i have a problem with my car in general. Not just his product. I have had problems but none major and marc was always there to help me along. The problem i had with the manifold was the holes that are predrilled on the flange were a TINY bit off but enough to keep the manifold from sliding on perfectly smooth. I ended up just taking a dremel to each hole and grinding a little off and it slid right on. I would recomend buying the turbo that they offer. Call marc and he can have one custom made at no extra cost. I didnt buy his turbo at first and the garrett turbo i baught was too large, it didnt fit under the hood and kept the intercooler from lining up. He uses ITS turbos and helped me choose the right turbo for my engine mods and autox application. If you want to know about the product just call him. he may not answer but he will call you back.~Sam

I have my own opinions on the IAP kit but people here believe that it is in bad taste for me to give those opinions as I also build a kit for the 240sx. I probably have more experience with the IAP kit then anybody on the board but that still seems to not matter.

Here is a link to a thread on this board that has specific info on the quality of the IAP manifold. This info has nothing to do with my experiences with the IAP kit but from a customer that has one.

I remember reading that thread a while back and didnt think a manifold could be this bad until I saw the IAP mani in person. I dont know if they upped the quality on that unit since then, but honestly I wouldnt even put their manis on a Yugo. Pretty bad design and crappy quality. Most of the guys that I know who purchased the first or second batch on group buy still have boost creep problems among other things.

The only mani I would trust right now is the Greddy one which you cant purchase by itself and PhatKA-T.com unit. I had a chance to check out the PhatKA-T.com mani 2 weeks ago @ the track and it looked good. Looks aside the car moves with no boost creep, cracking, warping so it seems like it could be the mani to get.

Take your time and choose wisely.......it will save you money in the long run.
