Immobilizer System

Hi,

This is with regards to 2006 G 35 Infiniti Coupe. Just 5 months old. Driving great. Y'day I was driving till noon and parked my car. Later in the night, When I try to unlock the car using my Intelligent Key, it does not work. I opened the door with the manual key( valet key ) and trying to start the car, nothing happens. It would'nt start, no lights on the dashboard come.

Do u think the battery is down on the Intelligent Key ? Do u think the Immobiizer Syster has made my enginer shutdown ?

How do i resolve this ?

did the car start with regular key?

there have been some problems with the nats key antennas going bad
