Immobilizer- Is this dealer only?

Anyone know anything about this? I just posted the programming instructions for the Key fob and it worked for the remote functions, but it wont start the car because of the immobilzer.

Am I stuck going to the dealer? Or are their any tricks?Thanks!

Hello, Just wanted to know if you ever figured this out. I received 2 key fobs but only 1 starts the car.

Yes, only the dealership will be able to take care of this for you. Unless you know anybody that steals car for a living, but then all you'd have to do was just get a new car, lol
