Well people, Nikku is losing his license ,

To start off im only 16. I was at a friends house and i was supose to be home at 1:30am, and it was 1:45am so i decided, hey there arnt any cars out. so not even a half mile from my house i get pulled over for doing 80mph in a 45 . The police officer was gana take me to jail but i kissed a$$.

So now I got to goto court on jan. 10th, and the sad thing is. Is my mom didnt even know i was late!

I think im going to wait till after christmas to let her kno.

Bad call. I did some stupid stuff when I was 16 too, so I won't bother with a speech.

My only ticket was a 60 in a 45 when I was 17. I still contend that the ticket was frivolous, but since I was breaking the law I got what I deserved. I went to court even though I didn't have to, my parents wanted to make sure I got the point. Fortunately, my insurance didn't go up.

Kiss *** in court and you might get it lowered so that you just get a bunch of points and a hefty fine.

Because you were 35 over. Most states tack on a clause to their speed laws that says that if you're going more than 24 over, your speed itself is reckless. Thus, reckless driving.
