im rebuilding and need specs
im new to the rb life, i don't know much about the rb other then it's awesome. righ now im rebuilding an rb20det. im building it to do some drifting with, so im building it to take ALOT of abuse. right now im taking a engine rebuild class at school, so right now i need sources for everything rb20, like valve stem and valve guide specs(like how thick or tin they can be so it's in spec). i need every little detail about the inturnals as possible. and hopefully when im done i'll have a bamf motor! any little tid bit will help.

1. Search for the FSM before anything else. You'll get your specs and tolorances and such there.
2. Valve stem seals as well as all the misc. gaskets can be found with a engine gasket set which is sold all over.
3. Pistons can be bought pretty much anywhere as well, either it be wisco, cp, or japanese brands tomei, etc.
4. Finding upgraded Rods for your motor is going to be a hard item to source. So good luck there.
5. Bearings can be found through NICO sponsors (IIRC Phase2 might have them). Or ACL, King, Nissan, etc.
5. Headgasket, anywhere that sells cometic. You can also look at the over sea retailers that sell Tomei, HKS, etc. gaskets as well.
6. Valvetrain, Tomei is the first place many people look. Including Cams.
7. Hardware, ARP.
Our sponsors are a very good source to start at, as well as our SEARCH.
