im planing on building a 520 but what engine should i put in it?

i wana build a truck like this one i found onlineI am planing on doing alota work to the truck i am thinking a rb26dett would be awsome what do you guys think? also does anyone know of a cheap ruff 520 forsale?

I dont know who's truck this is but i love it so if you are a on this forum your truck is the coolest

i am really going to build my truck im not just asking for fun All i know for sure is that i want to beet my brothers stock 89 supra turbo.

well... just be ready for some work man... you're gonna need custom motor mounts... custom mounts for the tranny (i think)... and a custom driveshaft

it'll be sweet as hell for sure though!!

for any rb questions you have... just stop by the rb section of the forum

im not really concerned about the mounts and stuff i have people helping me that have done that stuff before and i have read alot about mounting motors, and making trans crossmembers. i think that part will be easy. i am a little worried about the cost of haveing a driveshaft built. I have been on the rb forum and some guys just arnt helpful they just say you need to search, but i have searched alot and i get contradicting info. I have found most the stuff i need though.

well just tell those guys that you searched and found contradicting info... if they don't help then they're pricks...

as far as the drieshaft... if you can find a good local place it shouldn't be too expensive assuming you don't go for a lightweight one or something

i have gotten some help now i just have to save up to get the rb25det it shouldnt take me to long. as long as i can drive it by spring i will be happy.
