Im new to the site and having problems with s14

The power in my engine goes out after a few minutes running if I turn the car off and back on it works for 30seconds or so the boggs out again. Help please.

Is it idling rough or throwing a check engine light?

idels ok the engine light is not on

Tune up maybe? No idea, make a detailed video and I'm sure someone would be able to help
