im new to a 300zx

Car: 86 none turbo 300zx

ok im new to the 300zx on i have a 86 none turbo are my shocks controled by a computer or is it a easy fix just replace the shocks? over dirve light dos not trun on not sure if it works im not use to driveing this type of car. my last car was a 87 corvette so yea the way the car drives and handles are difrent.
any help would be great.
