cleeeeeeeean hatch man id trade in a sec. just make sure its mechanically sound and your good. its an easy car to work on/upgrade and theyre fun as hell. the stock rear end needs to be replaced with at least a VLSD and J30 axles (i have this) and your set. im 6'1 and i fit perfect. ive never hit my head on the roof, but your passengers in the back will have clearance issues. lol. who puts ppl in the backseat of a 240? rust just depends on where the car came from. f*** the east coast. i have 2 S13's both from Cali and no rust.

that car (assuming it has around 180-200k miles and isnt f*** mechanically) would go for like 2000. id need more detailed pics but it just loos all stock and its a single cam. at its best. 2500 but i wouldnt pay that. shoot for less than 2k. and the internet is a wonderful thing for buying car parts. i dont quite understand what you were asking "what r they from?"

1. How well built are these cars?
-They are built well. But it mainly depends on how the owner has treated it.

2. Is there anything i should look for when looking at this car?
-Rust. Leaks. Frame damage. Noticeable engine sounds/knocks. Make sure the front end is straight.

3. Are the cars easily customizable
-....Yes. Very.

4. Are the parts pricey.
-Compared to other cars, no. The S-Chassis is very affordable to mod.

5. How much room is there in these cars(will a 6 foot person fit in one?)
-I'm 6'4 and I feel as if there is more than enough room.

6. Is there a different model that one should look for then another?
-Depends on what style you like. If you like the hatch, get it. If you like the coupe, get that. If you like the S14, get that.

7. Hows the stock rear end in these cars?
-Usually an open differential..but easily upgradable to a LSD/VLSD from several other cars.

8. Hows the rust control on these cars?
-As far as I know, the S13 chassis was never rust-protective-coated or anything. If you look at the car check for rust, and if you trade for it, apply rust protective coating.

9. Is the stock drivetrain good for people who want to learn to drift ... wet days on the track sorta stuff?
-Eh, stock with an open diff is kind of a pain. If it's wet it's actually pretty easy with an open diff. But you would want to upgrade the differential.

Hope this helps, and good luck... Nissan > Pontiac

Oh, also if you get it, please remove the wing...it makes the 240 look like a talon/probe.

Viscous Limited Slip Differential (VLSD) come from quite a few different cars, but the axle shafts need to be upgraded as well. My rear end is out of an Infinity J30.
