im looking in to putting a RB26DETT in my 1995 240sx

i want to know is there a place i can take my 1995 240sx to do the RB26DETT swap for me or can i buy a video to do it myself and how much it will cost to do the swap and how i would go about doing the swap?

You're in the right place...

Since this isn't a project to be taken lightly, take some time and read like heck in the RB forum here on NICO.

Keep in mind, the RB26 swap is pretty involved, and you may be better off with the RB25.

Either way, you're looking at a chunk of cash.

to be totally honest...... i think you should just have it done at a shop. unless you have all the tools you are going to need. and i think you should get the RB25, because the RB26 is all-wheel drive! unless you are going to have a all-wheel drive S14(with has been done.... but there was A LOT on costome work). but if you want an RB26 then get the RB25 transmission, and oil pan! you are going to have to costome but i think it is worth it! dude i want an RB26DETT but that just cost to much! and my S14 will be too front end heavy! but if you ahve the $$$ go for it! trust me you will love it!(RB26DETT)

oh! so you want to get it installed? well i know of some shops? most of te time i do everything on my car, but if there is anything i cant do i go to C&C auto. an RB26DETT in an S14 is a big job its going to be expensive but at C&C they will get the job done right! give me your e-mail address and i will sent you more info!
