lol there probobly talking about the h22 722 hp civic. that roams around texas highways. Well im not very impressed cause 688hp gets them high 11's wouldn't 688 get us less then that ?

It should, but if he is a highway runner then it is prabably geared for top speed not acceleration (although 11 is still freaking fast)
