im having a very troubling problem with mafs's.as most of you know im installing my turbo kit and when i go to start the car my mafs started to smoke. so i bought another one, and wired it exactly how everyone said i should and that one smoked too. im really not sure why its doing this, maybe it has something to do with my enthalpy tuned ecu, or maybe because my mafs is held on by a coupler to my turbo, i have no idea, please help me.-tim

are you sure its the actual mafs thats smoking? you dont have oil residue in your intake pipe or something weird in your filter?

can't you start these motors with the maf unplugged and the ecu will just run in closed loop mode.
