Im havin some electrical problems with my 240

Just recently bought a 1993 240sx and im having a lot of electrical problems with it...like my headlights wont flip down..they are constantly flipped out...how can i fixed that?

check the fuse or the motors for them might be broken

Also, check to see if the button on the dash is pressed in...
