take the wiring and manifolds from the 91 and use it on the 98 head/block.

Also use the s13 distributor on the s14 engine. I changed the alternator as well, but I don't know if that was actually necessary.

Edit: Actually, I am not too sure about the distributor, since the engine I swapped in was a 95, so it still had the 2 row timing chain. Didn't the 98 only have a single row? I am not sure how this will effect the fitment of the distributor. I am sure someone more knowledgeable than I will chime in.

already did all that i change the alternator power steering pump and the distributor......but there is 2 plugs from the intake manifold that the s13 has it but the s14 don't. those plugs goes by the fire wall but the s14 seems that it doesn't need them but i wanna make sure if im doing everything correct.........................

The S14 intake manifold doesnt have swirl control valves that the S13 does, so thats one. The other... I am not sure about. Is the S14 engine from an automatic? If so then the extra plug is from the TPS, auto and manual TPS are different and the auto has an extra plug.Edit:If you want to get rid of the SCV's for a few extra hp, then use the S14 upper intake manifold and S13 lower manifold. Then just remove the SCV selenoid and put some vac line connecting the 2 lines it opened up.

reset the timing on the motor to be 100%. I have a feeling though you've got the distributor a bit off eh?
