OK, I am running out of time to get my motor built. I have 4 weeks and then my second car goes bye bye.I think I will be going with these parts, unless there is better/cheaper parts available. My goals are max 300 HP. I would like to get about 260-280 for now.And my ultimate goal is 12.9 in the quarter. Here are the details on the car and the spare motorcar: 1991 240 hatch (autotragic)Motor: 92 KA with 90K (autotragic)

list for rebuild:new stock pistons and rings standard bore - 165$full gasket kit (product comments denote head and block gaskets) --160$Both of those from hybridka.comTiming kit - ?$Water pump - ?$ not too sure on the water pump though, I have been told that they dont really go bad, not sure if I believe that though.

List for Turbo:T3/TO4E 50 trim .63 A/R - $489 west-coast-turbo.com35 mm wastegate - $139 west-coast-turbo.com555cc injectors - $279 - deatschwerkswalbro 255 FP - $119 - eBayAeromotive FPR (not sure if I will need this or where to get it)Tuned ECU (Enthalpy or JWT, haven't decided... Suggestions?)JGS manifold (maybe, depends on cost of other parts)HKS BOV - $200 Stock Evolution Intercooler with some custom pipes - $200

I think that is it. I am nervous to buy this stuff because I always find a better price than the place I was going to get it.

Anyway, there is my list so far.If you guys have any input I would appreciate it. PS. anyone have a 5 speed for sale?I need to do a auto -> manual swap

At a quick glance, youre gonna need a bigger MAF like the N60 (from Maxima) or a N62 (from Z32). And I dont think you need an FPR.

If you list the prices youve found, folks may be able to tell you where to find a better deal on certain parts.

[shameless plug]I have a few N60 MAFs for sale...

timing kit and wate rpump when I do my rebuild are going to be from nissan. Go through our sponsor who is a nissan dealer. everything nissan infinit soemhtign like that. Was cheaper than the place in town with shipping.Get your walboro form marty at injected performance. Also get with blair with intensepower. He might be able to get some of the other products for better price if you buy it as a package like 3 items.

Scratch the FPR, get a different intercooler. The JRC (www.johnnyracecar.com) intercooler is better and only about $40 more. Do it right the first time.

Everything else looks goood.

AMS aka turbo240.com has gasket kits and things of that nature. they can maybe even hook you up with a timing kit if you ask. it's worth a shot. good people over there.
