Im gettin ****ed =(
So I bought a 96 240SX SE from an auto dealer, Insiders Auto in hoodbridge, a couple of weeks ago. He said the car had never been in a wreck, but there were a couple of things that seemed weird to me. He then gave a verbal agreement (mistake #1) that if I found that it had been wrecked that he would take it back for a full refund. So I took it to my mechanic, he said it had been in a pretty bad rear end accident. Both the rear bearings were bad, the rear diff was leaking slightly, and the suspension chamber (stock) was really outa whack. So I went to take it back to him, and he said he would pay for all repairs (mistake #2). Hes had the car for like 2 1/2 weeks now. He keeps saying he's waiting on the rear wheel bearing/hub assembly. So finally today I called my mechanic, my mechanic called his parts supplier, and his parts supplier said he could deliver it in 30 minutes. So im really ****in feed up with this ****. Im trying to get ahold of him now to tell him if the car is not ready tonight when I get there, im going to report it stolen as there is no verification where the car is at.

I e-mailed 96240inNOVA to find out what ever happened in this situation. He didn't report the car stolen. He said that the total cost of the repairs was $800 but the dealer would only pay $300 so 96240inNOVA had to make up the difference.
Now he is worried about the fact that his parents bought it for him and when they did he never received a bill of sale. He is not sure whether or not he'll be able to register it.
Sorry it's not good news, but I figured you guys wanted to know as well as I did what happened.
