i took mine to an actual locksmith and they were able to trace the key with a grinder and make one that worked. cost me all of about $3.

Looks like you broke your only house key, but that ket is not for any 240sx I have ever seen...

And if you did it because or when you were drunk. That makes you one of the biggest a$$ I have ever typed to online. Have a few more and then ya know, drive home...drunk.

ya that is definately not a 240 key..but regardless you should still be able to bring the broken pieces to any place that copies keys and get one made

If you were "hammered" why would you be driving in the first place? You deserved having your key broken... and consider yourself lucky you didnt cause any severe damage to yourself or others.

Seriously though, why would you post up that you broke your key while drunk?? You must have been drunk to post this thread too to not think you wouldnt get flamed.

You guys are jumping the gun on him alittle bit. True it's not a 240 key, but you're accusing him of driving home drunk, did you see where he said he was cabbing it? How do you know that he was going to drive home?

I had never planned on driving I was playing with my keys in my pocket. And no thats not the 240 key that broke I was drunk and It was an example picture of how it broke. on the s14 the key gets very narrow in the center. It was worn and it was bound to break

Anyway I took the 2 pieces to a locksmith and the old man wrote a code of numbers on a pad and made the new key for 8$It doesnt work in the car door without some force but In the end. It works

I dont D.U.I so Fu<k 0ff

hey, who said he was driving, maybe he was doing bumps with it and while in the toilet with keys in hand he was pushing so hard he broke his keys with his hand.not like that happened to me or anything.

This happened to me a couple of weeks ago. I bought a new bike lock on my way home from school. Thought I would open it while walking back to the car so i put it in the zip tie and tried to twist it to break the zip tie........and my key lost. My phone was in the car so I decided to walk home, at least it was only 2 miles.
