basically i want to know what the thinest tire i can fit on my +35 18x9.5's wouls be? i have 275/35 Z18's right now but i ripped them up to the point where they dont hold air any longer, and i just recently hit a financial slump and i cant afford to purchase that same size so i was looking at a 265 but it looks around the same price. so if anyone either knows were i can get some tires that will fit my +35 18x9.5's wheels for cheap (350 or less for 2) or can tell me the lowest size recomened to run on a wheel that size i would appreciate it.

Check out Tire Rack. They have a couple of brands from 155-180 a piece that are decent enough in a 275 35.In the 265/35 there are some Fuzions at 145 and the Sumitomo in the 160 range.I personally picked up a set of the Sumitomo HTR ZII in a 17" size, and for the price just over $400 mounted and balanced, I am quite pleased. It performs very well for a budget tire, but keep in mind it is just that, a budget tire. If you need something to get you through the slump, look there. Also, 2 Day Tires and Wheels in New Orleans I believe has some pretty good pricing as well.
