i started off with a s14 i built with my dad and put a sr20 in it on nico (it was called the kids 240). then bad luck happened and somone rear ended me and toasted the frame. I had a s13 as a daily and i got sick of the body style. i saved up and also sold my s13 and this is what i found for a pretty decent price. it has a ka-t with a t25 turbo, decent setup but needs some work. body is decent but paints bad. frame is still in good condition but random things like doors and fenders are out of place and worn out. but when this thing goes it goes. lots of work coming torward this thing and paint is coming too!

the ka-t is new to me and i have a boost problem it cutts off and sputters when i hit boost hard and it backfires when i do hit boost. i cant figure it out

Most likely your running rich at heavy boost which means the engine isnt getting as much air as it thinks its getting. Are you spiking or maintaining stready boost?

PS i like your BOV setup haha. I know you and your dad will figure something better for that.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. I do the same exact thing. What I was referring to was back when you were building the first 240(which is also what I was referring to when I was talking about having stuff handed to you) someone made a comment about you after you wrecked it and you came in and went ballistic. dude do what you do. how old are you 16? you remind me of me a few years ago. i was fortunate and did work for my dads friends, bought 240's for cheap fixed them up and flipped them, etc. and on top of my job. that was good money. now im 18, have a 400hp rb25 and a full type X s13. keep it up man.
