Im Back and probally getting another R50

I had bought a 01 CR-V but sadly as much as i loved it shes been totaled. Not my fault but since the person at fault hit 2 vehcles and only had a 10k plan i wont be getting 100% of my money. Other news is my 99.5 R50 is gone too because of the Recall gave me $6k. I plan on buying another Pathfinder this time a 01 with 134k but kinda skeptic since i dont want to lose another vehicle within a year. I hope the car was already checked and ok'd by Nissan but i will be foucusing on that the most in my purchase. I already know 02 and Knock sensors are notorious for failing and R50s are plagued with rust but i LOVE EM!!!!! $4700 doesnt all seem to bad a price what do yall think? ima try beat it down a little. Ima sure miss the great gas mileage from the CR-V though lol o well.

Make sure you're getting a 2001.5 (build date 09/00 or newer), otherwise you are at a higher risk of having coil pack issues.

O2 and knock sensor issues? I don't think they're any more common on R50s than any other vehicle. O2 sensors are wear items on any vehicle, albeit at pretty high mileage failure intervals. I'd say R50s rust less than WD21s with their frame rot, although the strut housing corrosion recall is definitely something to worry about.
