Hey fellas ...

Wes still good to see you running the asylum, and Q45tech still in da house keeping all our spastic dreams in check ...

AZ Hitman still on it too ... cool.

Its been a long while - if you dont recall Im the guy [with the help of some friends ] did the New Japanese Crate Motor 1994 short block swap into my 1990 Q45a. Kept the 1990 Top end on her.

Well it worked - but the collateral issues with the car just tried my patience and wallet too hard. It all came at time when I could nt have it happen too - bummer. Miss that girl - she was a runner! All new injectors!!! New fuel Pump, new MAF, new this new that .... and then the trans went - final straw.

Still pains me to this day!!!

Anyhow - just popping in to say hey to all the old timers, AND to let you know I put some goodies up in the Classified Ads and on the bay ...

I could use a little help getting these parts into good homes ...

Water Pump

Cylinder Heads withCAm Sensors - 2 of them NEWNew Valve CoversNew Valve cover gasketsNew CAMS

Theres also a Trans ECU and a Climate Control Head Unit

New Brake pads kit from Scotsdale Infiniti too ...

anyhow guys n gals - will be poppin by from time to time.

All the best!

Good to see you again Steve, we missed you!

Quella just got a transplant of her own. We've torn down the "bad" motor and STILL can't find anything wrong with it!

what a bummer!!! All that work to have the trans go out... Hopefully it went to a well-appreciated home where she is back terrorizing the streets with probably one of the lowest mileage VH's in existence!

TRhanks for the clarification q45 tec .... I stand corrected. Deal is - my old screen name was socal91Q45a - but i couldnt find the password and stuff from the boards switching over from the od days so i think i just used socal90 - cuz the real one was taken in the system but i couldnt get logged in.

Anyhow - I checked my insurance paperwork just now - and sho enough - it was a 1991. Duoh! Dont I feel a fool right now. Sorry gents its been a long while since I Q45'd - im a little rusty.

Heres the vin number if you'd like to verify - JNKNG01C3MM112945.
