For the past month or so my car has been idling high and sometimes would go to a peak of idle (1300 rpm) then drop back down to maybe 800, then go back up, and come back down while in idle. This doesnt happen all the time, but it does enough to make me want to do something about it. Now a few months ago i installed some new venom fuel injectors (as you all know lol) and ever since then its been haveing random idle like that. Im pretty sure its the O2 sensor, either it being foweled or just bad. But do you think there could be anything else that could be cuasing this kind of behaviour? especially the isolating idle rpms?

o rings and the grommets on the injectors.

you probably have a vacuum leak around one of the injectors.

oh yeah, do the injectors flow more, or did you just have an itch to waste money?

I had a vehicle that had a similar problem. Turned out to be the coolant temp sensor, reading very cold telling the computer to dump more fuel, this in turn gave the o2 sensor a rich reading, it caused about three diffrent codes. Anyway I spent $100 in sensors(waste) still the same problem. Mechanic fixed the link to the coolant sensor. Then ok. Just an idea. Good luck.
