i have a black top w/ gt2876r turbo 550 cc injectors 255 fuel pump stock internal i am pushin 15psi high flow my best 1/4 mile time is a 13.213 @ 109mph that was with me and my girlfriend in it do u think i am pushin to much boost? and what do u think is the most boost u can push on stock internals but sum fuel work?

Get a wideband if you don't have one already.

the piston rings.. if im not mistake.. are only good to 350hp.

if i were you, i would upgrade/replace the stock internals and then get a good tune, and you will be set.

ya i have a wideband when i am in full boost high rpm its about 10.5-11.0 is that ok

if i were you i would get some dyno time then go from there. All engines are differnt and all have differnt breaking points, but from what ive heard on similar setups you should be safe.

That should be okay for pump gas. Do you have a knock sensor or EGT gauge?

RB, these motors can handle quite a bit of power in stock form, if tuned right. The reason the piston rings go is because the ringlands are so small that detonation destroys them.

Saying you have a wideband doesn't mean you have a form of tuning.

get a valve and head job... but id suggest bigger cams while your in there and getting pistons and rods... your already looking at a $2000 job if you looking to get stronger internals...

But if you dont wanna do this just reduce your boost... but i think your okay anyways...

i have a apexi safc 2 for know but i am lookin to get something else like a aem or a f con so i can tune on a laptop in the futher on the road but for now i am happy with that people are telling me that will work for now beacuse i am only pushin about 300 to 350 hp thanx for all the help

no **** u miss understood me i have a apexi safc 2 for now i want to get like a f con or a aem fuel mangment so i can have some one fully tune my car with a laptap

im saving my money to get cp pistons 86mm brain cower rods and 264/264 cams and A gt35r bal bearing turbo with 740cc injectors do u think thats a good setup with a better feul mangment sytem what would u think would be good with that setup

Only way to tell if you're running lean or not is getting a wideband.

You ran 15psi and only trapped 109? What are you using for management besides SAFC?

with a good ems and tune, the stock engine should be able to handle anything that turbo throws at it. but i would also do the headgasket and headstuds.

on another note, 13.2 @ 109mph with that gt2876r @ 15psi seems a little low. i've got a powerfc tuned redtop with the stock turbo and i'm running 12.7-12.9 with 109-112mph traps at 15psi on street tires.
