im a newb w/ serious wiring problems. plz help!

i just bought a 1990 240 mid-way through a swap the car has a 5spd transmission and ka24de supposedly out of a '97 240, the car has wat i believe is the original wiring harness. sooo i know the 1990 has the ka24e in it. so will this wiring harness match up and fit right or not? if not how do i go about gettin this thing running, duz anyone make a replacement wiring harness for the ka24e to a ka24de? or wat do i do? any kind of assistance at all will be much appreciated. thanks!
