dude coilovers are a performance part, and performance parts are not cheap. kts are about as cheap as it gets for quality. there $1125 shipped. and there steel bodied so you wont hav to worry about the body warping like aluminum ones will if you drive on crappy streets. the only thing that is cheaper than that is ground control sleeve overs on a nice set of tokiko or koni struts. that set up will cost you around $900 or so. but its not that much more for a quality coilover. im still saving up for mine, but i dont want to cheap out and go with k-sports like my buddy with an mr-2 did and have to pay even more because the piston seal blew. you get what you pay for. just dont go with- godspeed, megan racing, or any other sub $1000 coilover. cuz they'll suck and you'll regret it!!AceA5 wrote: what are ok coils that wont thin my wallet to much.
im not saying this stuff cuz i think im a suspension guru or anything, im just going off previous experiences and friends experiences. my buddy haz a z32 and he got the KTS coilovers. i want them because i was impressed at the build quality of the product and the test drive really opened my mind as well.AceA5 wrote:carps you seem to know what your talking about, what ones are you saving for i wanna save up and buy the quality you believe in.
