VERY nice find, Romeo - a one owner 95!
Like maxnix said, check all the fluids first. Flush anything that doesn't look right. Don't forget the differential. Take a close look at the steering rack for any leaks, and consider flushing the fluid whether it seems like it needs it or not - people neglect it, the stuff goes acidic and eats the seals. If it's leaking, try a can of Lucas Stop Leak.
After ten years in that heat, the under plenum hoses are shrinking and getting brittle. Take a good look at 'em and plan ahead for some eventual trouble. At some point, you'll want to remove the plenum and replace all the hoses - spendy. The valve cover gaskets also begin to fail around the same time.
As Rex says, run a can of BG44k through it (preferably for a highway run) before you change the oil.
You might consider taking it to the dealer for a power balance test on the Consult - will cost $150 or so. That'll tell you what shape the injectors and individual cylinders are in. I'd do the BG44k before this.
Seriously consider installing a transmission cooler.
Check out BlackBirdVQ's pearl white 94 with the rebuilt engine, polished plenum and cherry red valve covers:

Oh, and the A/C ... if the outside and inside temps are similar, the fan goes to the low setting. hit the "AMB" button and check outside temp next time. Otherwise you could be having trouble with the Darlington resistor:
