I've searched everywhere with no luck - I am looking for switches that are illuminated and which also have an ON Led once the switch is engaged - kinda like the OEM switches. I found plenty of switches that have an LED that comes on once the switch is activated, but how can you find a black switch in the dark???

not sure really...But I would say you need a switch that has a separate connection to its bulb. That could be wired into the ignition circuit.
