Just picked up a 2011 QX and my wife and I are loving it. The previous owner had the illuminated kickplates installed on it, but I can't seem to get them to light up. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone have an installation or service manual for this accessory? Maybe they just need new bulbs, but it's strange that both the driver and passenger ones are out.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

are you even SURE the plates were connected at all?

the wiring is super easy. should be connected to the dome lamp fuse on the inside fuse panel.
