Illinois Emissions on KA-T

Hey guys, I am in the process of getting all my ka-t parts now that my 5speed swap has been successful. What emission components have you guys gotten rid of and still passed. I would like to remove the tin can charcoal canister, and the egr system. I also would be going catless. I have never had to take a older car to emissions that was not obdII so I am not too familar with this. I do know they put your car on the dyno and put that sniffer in the exhaust. That is about all I know. I would appreciate any help. Thanks Guys.

what year is your car? if its 89-96 theres no more emissions for 15year old+ cars

he has the charcoal canister, so he is obdi = no emmissions

Its a 92. Thats good news i can take all that #%^@ out lol, I was not sure if I still had to go. Thanks for the help guys. Im glad it 2007
