What engines available for the 240SX will pass the ghey illinois emissions?ex: RBs, SR20s, etc.

What kind of testing do you have? Some states just check ecu's for codes, others do that and under hood checks, and some do the visual and put your car on a dyno and perform the IM240 emissions tests.
