the 2nd pic is the R35 GTR concept car......ain't gonna be called a skyline anymore, its just gonna be called R35 GTR, the skyline now is the G35 sedan in japan.

there's a couple of vids goin around about the concept-more final version look alike runnin around the Nur race track.

the first one looks like crap IMO. looks like a watered down version of the R34. personally, i like the looks of the R35 thats headed to the US.

Yeah I hate the fact that the japanese will no longer be making the I-6 motors for any sports car, so we are stuck with the V-6 I guess, I hear that the car is going to be upward to $70K.

Like the Toyota they want to make the next Supra a supercar and have a TT V-8 in it that sets the price close to $100K I was reading

Unless it is a huge step up from current Nissan/Infiniti, I wouldnt own one if I had the money. Any car designed under Ghosn has been terrible as far as interior materials and quality, IMO. I give him credit for saving Nissan, but it was at the cost of quality.

First, there is no reason for this to be in the RB forum. Second, the first picture is a photochop and teh second picture is indeed a picture of the new GT-R. The GT-R has been split off from the skyline, much the same way the Supra was split off from the celica. Third, the R chassis is dead. There is no R35 or R36 or R2D2. It died with the R34. Nissan is using the FM platform now, which is completely different from the R3xs.

first of all, rotentomato post is dumb and that dude making false shi-t. and 2ndly, are you smoking! the 2nd picture look so tough it live up to the GTR name. i hate the design of the first picture---it look like a cheap POS.

the New skyline Is a V36 which is the new G in america the GTR from what i heard is not going to be a R chassis car it will have another Chassis Code

That first pic has been around since about 2000 if not before. It was actually a prototype when there were deciding the future of the GT-R after the R34 was to finish production. I had a picture of that same car in red on a website I had several years ago. I don't think that was a photchopp though, due to the time frame the picture came out.
