igntior chip??

Ok I have power everywhere except to the ignitor chip I followed the writeup on here to the tee for an rb20det into an s14.. maybe I missed a ground or something idk Im a little puzzled as of right now the cas has 12 volts and the injectors have 12 volts and the fuel pump does prime and the ecu does turn on.. Just looking for some suggestions on where to start.
