we are i need of an ignitor chip badly. the car has to be done today or early tommorow. We read that one off of a 95 q45 will work, will one off of any other nissan work. We looked on a junkyard locater anf\d the only one we can find is in NY and we are in Tn. If at the last resort would an Infiniti dealer strock this item. We may be able to get one from a wholesale dealer in Alabama but that would require about a three hour drive each way. The reason it has to be done is because the guy who owns the car has to report to West Point monday morning.

I believe you can get a SR20det one for 300 at jspec.com or you can get a new one form the q45 at everythingnissan.com for 295 dollars your choice hehe.

you can get ignitor chips from CA18DET's too, much cheaper than the other 2 alternatives. I would suggest checking ebay, the CA section, and the BST forum
