Ignition wire location and electrical issues

I've been having an issue with my s13 where when I turn the car off and take the key out, all power cuts out... like the seatbelts don't move and then clock turns off and then starts over when I turn the car on it starts over at 1:00 again.

i was thinking it had something to do with my stereo because it's a mess down there, and even if it isn't the issue I still need to fix it.

I have like 4 things running off the stereo ignition and 12V constant wire and I just upped the fuses. Where is another ignition source I can use?

Also.. when the brakes are pressed, the gauge and parking lights turn on... what is the problem?
