Well here is the problem.i will start with some general info to get yall up to speed.-1990 240sx -ka24e-new batterey-starter works -car will run

now for the storyI have benn working on this problem for about a week now and i cant figure it out. when i turn the key the starter will not work but i can here the relays clicking and the fule pump initiating. the wire that goes to the starter solinoid does have power 11.75v when the key is turned, but the starter does nothing. i was able to get her started by jumping a wire from the batterey to the solinoid. i am really confused i have power but it dosent work. i thank i t could be an amperage deal but i dont know. Any help would be greatly appretiated. if any more info is needed just ask and i will post it.

too much voltage drop prior to the solenoid. try jumping the starter relay. its the blue relay with two connectors going into it.

im sorry, i should have told you its not in a fuse box. its on either the firewall or one of the fenderwells(under the hood). it has two connectors under it with two wires in each connector. sometimes just whacking it while someone turns the key will make the car start.
