Alright, got a starter, and my oil pressure built :D

I went to start my car and the motor turns, occaisnly it jerks, spits, and sputters but never starts, could that be cause my ignition timing is off?

Also I have oil treatment on my cylinder walls.

Well the car has been unplugged from a battery for awhile, so Iam guessing that would reset the ecu. Iam thinking its the timing, cause I dont think I set it while it was top dead center.

unplugged coil and fuel pump fuse, and turned the motor over.

What a coinkidink, I am thinking the same thing. Look at the crank pulley marks. Make sure the # 1 piston is at TDC on the compression stroke (the dist rotor should be pointing downwards, towards the radiator, on the #1 cylinder position). This should be good enough to get the engine started. Then you will need a timing light to get it spot-on. This is, of course, assuming you've reassembled the cam sprockets/chain correctly, otherwise all timing bets are off. :)
