last week my 240 just shut down while I was driveing it then it just shut off it just isn't gitting spark we have already checked the distributer, fuses, relay's and camshaft position sensor. what is next to check

it depends on what motor you have. My old KA24E from my 89 coupe had an external coil type distributor..but my newer 95 KA24DE has an internal coil type.

this car's coil is in the distrubutor and I don't know what to check next

how'd the dist get checked? So did you guys check to make sure that there is power going to the dist at the very least?
