Ignition systems

I plan on getting a Sr20 early next spring. If I get one of those ignition systems (M.S.D, I.C.E pak, etc) will they be compatible with the sr20 system? Or should I just hold off? I'm really running out of ideas for things to get before I make the swap. The suspension is done (shocks,struts,springs, sway/strut bars f&r) wheels are done (rims,tires,brakes,rotors,brake lines). I don't want to get any body work done until after the swap. Any suggestions on what i could do for speed ( I don't care about radio systems-I have that) would be appreciated. Thanks.
