ignition setup questions

so im in the market for some plugs and wires, but i dont really know which are the best. i read an article that offered some insight into the world of plugs and offered charts for nissan engines all the way from a vq to an rb to a kat but no ka. the article made me worry more than gave me knowledge because i always walked into autozone and asked for plugs for my car but i fear that was a misenformed decision. i would like to know if what im doing is fine for an s13 with a full intake and exhaust. those are really the only mods i have but they would still affect engine performance and therefor my ignition needs, no? also if im completely overreacting lol. i already looked about and found no difinitive answers

Not that big a deal, NGK plugs, Napa Belden or Accel wires, Borg Warner cap and rotor. all reputable brands. You don't have to go crazy for an almost stock car. I did the whole MSD ignition box/coil thing on my stock KA when I was younger and didn't notice a bit of difference.
