Ignition problem

Hi, having a problem with the ignition. I believe the harness is bad cause the same problem happened to me months ago (they said they fixed it). Here's the problem. I was removing the A/C compressor, knocked the harness around, went to start the car and it wouldn't. Tried it again, got it started, drove over a speed bump and it died. Now i have no spark through the coil wire. The coil was replaced 3 months ago so i know its not that. Any suggestions on where to start would be helpful, including an ignition diagram.
