ignition problem plz help

hello i have a 89 240sx standard transmission, fastback and i cant start my car. The story is that some guy broke into my car during the night and stole everything. I think they tried to steal the car too cuz the ignition is broken. the ignition looks all right but when i turn my key to start the car nothing happened. I turned it all the way and nothing. So im guessing they screwed up the wires and i dont want to pay 300 dollar deductibles for that so any one have any suggestoins. thanks

look to see if any of the wires are broken...

cant find any broken wire cept theres like 12 or somethin pin socket unpluged and dont know where it goes
